In late 1880, during the great migration flows from Italy, arriving from Piedmont, Fossano more precisely, a family of immigrants first settled in the town of Chabás and then, finally, in the city of Rosario.
They establish a "Small bar of typical Italian dishes" called Tin Tin who, years later, would become a major renowned restaurant in the city. Later in search of progress with their children acquire the Hotel New Italy, "this acquisition will mark the beginning of five generations of hoteliers.
They were expanding through the years and in the 50s, dazzled by the location and the panoramic view offered by the place, became the new owners of the Hotel Guerrero in Mar del Plata was built in 1947.
From then until now, there have been constant remodeling in the building, maintaining the warmth of its construction in California and seeking to provide quality service with maximum comfort to its guests.
